Folio 17: Delora Meade
holy dwarf pyrokineticist 17
Sometimes, not even fire can turn back the overwhelming onslaught of the enemy, as Delora found out to her horror and shame. Delora found her calling in the Glassworkers' Guild after a term of military service, her ability to control fire serving her well in both positions. But the border skirmishes that had gone on for decades turned into war, and Delora's home was overrun. She made her stand at her crucible, determined that if she was to die, she would do so surrounded by the element she felt closest to, and protecting her fellow craftspeople.
But she did not die. Blessed by the hand of the Forge Goddess, Delora purged the enemies from her home in azure fire, allowing survivors to escape to flee into the wilderness and to the City where they now reside. Declared an Elder for her actions (despite her age), Delora and her group have only recently arrived in the City, and she works tirelessly to integrate her folk into the bustling trade into the city.
